Couple suggestions:

1) Help tooltips for fields. I had no idea what "Size" was till I read this post. Simple tooltip would have made all the diff. Tooltip could include suggestion on how to use the field. Have a way to turn them off too.

2) Allow more then one user and project in a trial. Hard to get a feel for the app when you only get one user in the trial or personal version. Maybe trial the full version for a time, then drop to free level features.

3) Improve the dashboard page. It is mostly useless currently. Maybe combined view of your tasks for all the projects?

4) You suggest using a color for bugs, color for feature, ect. Currently no way to remember which color is which. Maybe allow a label for the color? Maybe tie a color to a tag, so if i tag with Bug, it would also be orange.

Question, how would you suggest using the ready flag? Seems like once its in a phase that it would be assumed that its ready.

This is a very promising app so far. Keep it simple.
~ Paul
