The site’s been open to the public for almost 48 hours now, and we’re very excited about the response we’ve seen! If you didn’t notice yesterday, we pushed a new version that fixed a few things.
First and foremost, we improved the workflow for adding collaborators to a project. Originally, you had to send an invitation to each person for each project you wanted them to join. While this worked fine if you had several projects with different people working in each, if you wanted to work with the same people in several projects, it was pretty cumbersome.
With the new update, you can immediately add anyone to a project who you’re already working with on another project – without needing to send them an invitation. Invitation emails are only required if you’ve never worked with that person before, and you can only send an invitation email if you still have space to add another collaborator to your account.
Another thing to note: a pending invite counts towards the collaborator limit for your account. Pending invitations for each project show on the project’s People screen, and you can revoke a pending invitation by clicking the red X.
This push had a couple of other tweaks too:
- The bug with the Work screen drop-down to filter stories has been fixed.
- Clicking the entire header in the Backlog, Archive, or Add Story shades now closes the shade.
Thanks to everyone for their feedback, and please keep it coming!
